shirts for sale
the www.paddletexas.com 2005 season shirts have arrived!
The unveiling of the 2005 season shirts has been a huge success... If your planning on sporting this limited edition shirt I'd suggest doing it pretty quick!!! We printed less than 100 shirts in 5 different sizes, which means that the more popular sizes are going fast.

EJ's New River Running/Creekboats
Last year Dane came up with three sizes of the River Running Creekboat and I forgot all about it.

The Heroine, Hero, and Super Hero. For you ladies out there, I hope you aren’t offended that I bagged the Heroine name, because it’s homonym is not a good representation of Jackson Kayak. And the banter would be the Heroine and Cocaine. Therefore the Small one is the Hero, and the large one the Super Hero. Very cool. I also got two separate people suggest these names as well and I love it!

First look at EJ's latest

First look at the new River Running/Creek boats, the Charger and
Super Charger

Well, the Jackson Kayak lineup is coming together quite nicely I must
say. The final designs to complete the Jackson Kayak boat line in plastic boats will be the Charger and Super Charger. While the Rocker is a Full on Creekboat, the Charger and Super Charger offer the perfect combination of river running/creeking combination that gives Mr. and Mrs. Upright as well as expedition boaters, overnight trippers, Extreme racers (did I say that it will be the fastest 8' 6" boat on the water?!) a perfect boat for them.

David Knight took really went all out making the lines on this boat perhaps one of the sexiest plastic boats ever. The rolling characteristics have, of course, been maximized, while the ergonomics are as follows:

Charger: 80-170 pounds, Cockpit is 1/2 way in between the Fun and 2 Fun while having ample foot room, and easy access for knees in and out.

Super Charger: 140-240 pounds is the ideal range, with the 4 Fun cockpit rim and the ample room for most people.

I will provide complete specs soon!

Pyranha 2004 line up
Outfitting:

Our very successful syncro outfitting has been improved for next season. The new syncro 4 outfitting has a new hip pad system which is quicker to adjust and comes ready fitted in the boat. The floater backrest has a tweaked shape with new padding areas giving it a better feel and grip. Also the whole syncro 4 system has a new look in cool grey. It is fitted as standard on s6x, s6f, i3, h3, M3 and G3 kayaks.
